Well, That's the end of life as i know it.

"eh?" i hear you say...

"Ellie!" 

"oh! Why?"

"She is mobile!"

No longer is she a phantom mover..... no longer will she stay on her back, I cannot even change her nappy without a fight of wills...

There is Ellie who wants something... 

And Daddy, who desperately does not want to get peed on!

she will make it across the living room in under 2 mins, You cant do any thing in two mins,

(well you can but thats not going to be admitted on here!)

I have no idea what to do, i cant watch her every second, she needs time to play and explore, its all got to move up 2 feet, but to where, i have a mantle piece and a shelf, but you cant balance a PS3 on the Mantle, and the leads wont reach  the shelf....

(No Mummy, its not an excuse to sell it for 50p.....) 

The ground floor needs to be Ellie Proofed and fast, 

Any one know how you teach a kid the word NO! and what it means? using the naughty step is a really stupid idea, she falls down the stairs for a start, 

Cause at the moment I say Ellie, NO! and she looks at me grins and says urrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

It melts my heart, (cow) but i still stick to it and she keeps sticking to her smiling...

I move her and 3 mins later were having the same old conversation.

so i put her to bed...

I WIN!

Ellie just weighed in at 15lb 12oz, thats a 7oz gain and is right on the lame line, we have a trend!

wow!

I Just watched Ellie go from a laying on her front to sitting up in one swift move!

oh dear

Ellie was showing signs of being under the weather yesterday and having only had an hour sleep yesterday afternoon, (very unusual) i popped her on my bed.

Instantly, the way she was sat, i saw that the light from our window was fantastic over Ellie.

Sensing that i could make a quick buck by exploiting my daughter to my family i grabbed my camera.

So off i went, 

Click, ClickChange Position for a funky arty farty shot!  This went on for  while, 35 or so shots, (with varying degrees of success).

Then i took this shot.

Little did i know this would be the last of the shoot... as you can see (i didn't)  there isn't much in the way of bed, (Ellie can push herself backwards), and already here you can see her feet are off the bed, 

I sat back down on the floor to look at my results, i look up in time to see Ellie push herself backwards....

Over she went, almost like a slide with a drop in it, she was clinging to the quilt, which clearly and thankfully slowed her fall, "OH SHIT!" i exclaimed, (i noticed after that  i had put my camera down first!) and promptly went around the bed, 

Vick had dumped a pillow on the floor (a good few weeks ago now - see mum it pays to be lazy!) and that had saved Ellie's Head from hitting the floor hard, Naturally she was starting to scream as i go to her scooping her up and giving her a big hug, 

My first reaction was to phone Vicky, the sight of the phone calmed Ellie down somewhat, though she was rather clingy, she the drunk 8oz milk, (not normal for that time of day), after a while of cuddling, and cheap jokes, i put her back down to sleep...

I went back to claim my camera from the bed, and still noticing the good light i took some shots of me... (if you saw the light you would have too!)

Quite a few lessons for one day huh!

Things are movng on well with the two business that i am part of, The photography has seen a new deal struck with the local theatre company, that haas made me very happy, (im not going to say to much on here...)

The Videos are keeping us very busy, my learning curve has been very steep, much to the annoyance of my daughter! but hey, this is her university fund were talking about!

There are still a few slots avail for us to come and see people in May, again, got any idea's for somthing for us todo or want to cook me steak and chips, (miller washes it down rather well (IMO)

Good Luck to the Hollamby's who are moving house this weekend...  I hated it with just two of us... god knows what it would be like with a nipper in toe...  (Ellie says Hi Josh!!)

Were now cutting 3 teeth, Well Ellie is...  1 at the front/bottom and the other two are known as the insisors ((i think) at the top)...  she will look like a baby vampire until she cuts another one at the top. lol.

We weighed in on Friday, (again its really Ellie) she put on an ounce in two weeks now 15lb 5oz and a half!, i dont think its as much as the stupid graph expects,(just looking at it, shes not far off, the dot put on by the nurse, which  could have been higher in my opinon... )but she put on none the less and im happy with it, she isnt eating as much as she was3-4 weeks ago, im really hoping its the teeth, although the way dinner was finished off last night (an old satge 1 cow and gate) i wonder if its the brand of food, Vicky said last night that she thought the Hipp stuff was rather bland. might be worth a check, Pasta, Carrots, Parsnip and Home Made cheese sauce tonight for tea!

I Saw on the News this morning that Barrak Obahama and Gordie B have had a breakfast meet beofre they go off to their important meeting.

It was then reported that Michelle Obhama and Sarah Brown will be meetnig with the other wags and they have thier own agenda for the next 2 days...

what? All the wags are together? all the foucus on the G20 and no one has noticed the women  of the world are meeting.

We all know that that is where all the real decisons are going to be made,  the protestors should be chasing the women not the men, they going to be sitting around and disscussing mens things, like cars and Beer.

Its been reported on the radio that  there is to be a ban of jogging on douglas prom because of the fact they get in the way of cyclists.... ha its the bloody cyclists that are a nusance, on and off the road!
